Privacy of personal data

By sending an inquiry, signing a contract or making a personal contact, the client agrees to make available both their data and that of the company they represent. The client agrees that the data may be used to protect their personal interests in any and all business transactions.
We undertake to protect customers’ personal data by collecting only necessary, general data needed to fulfil our obligations, informing them on how we use the collected data, and providing options on the use of customer data, including a decision on whether they want their names to be removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer data are kept confidential and made available only to the employees who need them to perform their work. All of our employees and business partners undertake to adhere to the privacy principles.
The collection and processing procedure includes the transmission of our client’s personal data to third parties and companies in the Republic of Croatia and abroad. Third parties are any natural persons and/or legal entities needed to help carry out the agreed upon business transactions.
The client acknowledges and agrees that, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out above, they may use personal and/or company data two years upon expiry of a signed contract.
We use Google Analytics to track the number of visits to our website through pay-per-click networks, email marketing, display advertising, web search engines, etc.
