Rose Painted Calathea - Calathea crocata

Decorative foliage of this plant species are dark red at the back, and with dark green coloured front with light green and yellow stripes.

Transplanting

In spring, if necessary, into a lightly acidic substrate.
Care

Sunny position, but avoid the influence of direct sunlight. Optimum temperature is 20-23°C, minimum winter temperature 18°C. Water the plant moderately with soft water. Feed every two weeks during the active growth season.
