Thyme is an evergreen, low-growing, dwarf perennial plant with small, grey-green, oval leaves and small, white-rosy flowers. It is used as herb in teas and many cooked meals and sauces.
Varieties: Thymus vulgaris "Aureus" - with yellow foliage.
